Zed is
created from the Bristol street name “Zed Alley”, inspired from its rugged
grimy aesthetic. My frantic rush home from Art College back to my Welsh farm passed
through the Zed crevice among the high scribbled walls of grimy Bristol.
Always with an eye at the back of my head, I
darted through, pounding the grey solid steps in the darkening evenings.
I love the
reflection of the short zappy name that corresponds with the heavy atmosphere
of following eyes and quickened pace.
